Weird Base Game Eyebrows that look like bad CC ?

Well I don't know guys, like I said my first impression was that they looked broken and I just wanted to delete them .-. That's why I got so mad when I found out they're part of the game. But fine..I hate them a bit less now that I know Morgyn's got them ???
