I'm pretty sure most of my game is on pause. I usually never click on things to do unless the game is paused.......
People watching me play says it drives them nuts with all the stopping/going XD
I used to do that a lot, especially in TS2. Now I believe I'm a little 'better' about loosing control ;)
Other then that, a lot of my Sims are creative in some way, I guess you could call it a returning pattern. And almost all my families have a painter, not neccessary a professional one ( not in the career). I think I just like creative people ;) and painting is amazing for making extra money.
