Of course it can be disabled but that's new... I'm going to keep it enabled because that's kind of interesting.
I know workplace rivals are a thing now but didn't hear or see anything about getting let go during certain periods. I know that's going to be hella annoying for people who have Sims at higher levels in their careers.

Thank you letting know this is an option. That takes away the one concern I had so far. I will turn this off once the novelty of the pack wears off
