Well this is a problem I have never seen before....

Seriously, don’t come complaining here. That man is jinxed.


On a serious note, perhaps it’s caused by an outdated mod if you use any? Take out all mods and see if the problem persists. Just don’t save.
Did you clear your cache?
Did you Repair the game?

I hope this will sort itself out one way or another.
