We're are the romance skill books?

I can't find them I've tried libraries,bookshelves,the phone and buy build mode.

I heard it said somewhere there was new romance skill books.

    I've seen them somewhere yesterday. I'm pretty sure I it was at the little shop near the park in the new world.
