I would love a small update for For Rent where we can change the lot type of each unit. It would let us build so much more builds like an apartment on top of a shop. Would make it so much better. Pls Pls.
Also would love some kind if resort world were there is one main hub and branching accommodations. Maybe another world like Sulani?

I want this feature even not related to hotels.... When High School Years came out, they gave us the boba tea/thrift store combo..... And they can't be separated. It's a single lot type. That would've been the perfect opportunity to give us the option for multiple lot types... Like let us use 2... Even the thrift/tea lot that comes with the games seems really complete like they wanted to be able to mark it as a residential too... The entire upstairs of that build is 1 big empty apartment looking thing where the thrift store owner stays... And then For Rent came out... We should definitely be able to have 1 lot be a couple different things and we can use the same system. Highlight unit 1 and mark it as rental, then highlight unit 2 and mark it as retail, or restaurant, or whatever. I have for sooooo long been wanting to be able to have little shops with an apartment. Or like a library with a cafe. I even made a thrift store with photography studio that just has to be marked as retail so you can't really do both at the same time. I didn't want a boba tea stand in there so I couldn't even play it as a thrift store -.- But I have wanted hotels since sims 4 1st came out. There have been sooooo many packs released that hotels just seemed like a missed opportunity, and yes I think they deserve their own pack, but with so many missed opportunities it just makes it suck even more... They released the opportunity to go on vacation, with vacation worlds..... But not hotels which are a staple for a lot of vacations... Vacations in Sims 4 just suck. Vacation rentals are dumb in their current state... A sim on vacation is just a sim at a new building... Doing all the same things they have to do at home... The best you can do to make it different is manually hiring all the people. I made a fake hotel in Sulani and it includes a spa area with massage chairs, a bar, etc. I have to manually hire a bartender, a masseuse, a caterer.... Every single day... Otherwise it's just same sims life but in a different house. You can't even hire the maid for the rentals so you have to do all that stuff yourself, even on vacation =[
