I had a hard time finding my downloaded sims as well. I download mines from sims resource and other websites. If you have a lot of sims and/or lots in your gallery, you will have to take the time to search the entire gallery for your sims. If using downloads from the sims resource, search your gallery under user name "Codex". That should pull up some sims resource sim downloads. Also, it seems the gallery sorts downloaded cc sims by "their" creation date, rather than "your" download date. Before downloading your sims, pay attention to the date the sim was posted.
