@EgonVM I have the portal door placed on the Bluffs lot in Windenburg. I haven't been playing very long, of course, but I haven't seen any "random" werewolves traveling through the door. However, Rory did autonomously come to visit my sim's house, which is near the Bluffs. And the next day, when I invited her to hang out at the Bluffs with my sim, she came through that portal door. So ... ?♀️
