Werewolf families

What is wrong with werewolf kids? My first werewolves have grown into adults and had a pup. The baby in the bassinet was dark skinned when his parents are fair skinned. That's nothing new, the baby figure always seems to change skin color upon reaching toddler. So I played to the teenage stage of their kid and was noticing, prior to aging up the kid, that he looks nothing like his parents. He aged up and looked even less so. He's grey skinned and looks like he was just randomly thrown together, not genetically put together. I just deleted him and used CAS to replace him. Is this a bug? If so, how do I fix it?
  • I haven't seen this issue but I did notice that my test sim in wolf form was extremely black, no hair texture or anything. After he fought Greg, then his markings and textures showed up except in his UI picture. This was in a vanilla game as well.

Some of my werewolf kids have skintones that are much paler to that of the parents and their wolf form is completely black in cas.
  • My guys are white as humans and black furred as wolves. That's not my issue. My issue is that their kids look nothing like them in human form. They're grotesquely grey skinned and look like they were borne of two totally different partners entirely. I've tested it twice now and the issue only comes during playthrough, not CAS. In CAS the offspring look normal, but children from playthrough look horrible and nothing like their parents.
  • I am really enjoying the werewolf gameplay, I just hate having a kid, waiting til they're teens, going "ew", deleting, then cas-ing their kids.
