I don't know how to get rid of it once happened (without mods). But if someone wants to prevent it from happening there is mods by Lumpinou & Zafireria that tweak this feature in different ways. Lumpinou even teaches how to change the % of it happening, maybe it could be changed to 1% or even 0% if someone wants to get rid of the feature.
