Those are the two that I use. Iced Cream's hasn't been updated but I believe Twelfth Doctor's fixes the issues with werewolf hybrids. They can be used together. I only used Iced Cream's before this but knew that it hadn't been updated to work for werewolves yet, so I added Twelfth Doctor's too. I'm using them both together and it works fine for me. So many of my saves have hybrids, it's a must have mod for me.
