I am so sorry that you have had such a frustrating start to your new pack! The longer that I use the EA app the more familiar I have become about its quirks on my computer. Windows does not always work the same on different hardware, and then the EA app needs to try to work on all the possible combinations of Windows and graphics cards. Windows has its own bugs and it is sometimes the source of the problem. Add into that my TWO graphics cards and all their issues. I am not defending the EA app! I am just saying that it gets easier to play the game when you get used to it.
