I put my first build on the gallery (same name, called Underground Home) if you are interested. TBH Ive always loved building down into basements and this pack is perfect for that!
Its also pretty easy to turn the library lot tunnel into a working swimming pool (just remember to make the water extra grungy and add debug sewer entrances...and some mosquitoes!!). I loved that build so extended the tunnel and put rooms in all along one side so I could use it as residential but still keep the original build which I love.
