Werewolves
So I think werewolves are coming because we have wolfsbane in the new vampire GP, and supposedly there's a rumor going around tht pets are next, and implementing them in that pack would make sense. W...

I feel like you're right, and there are rumors for pets and Seasons, both would be needed/supplemental for both gameplay and to design Werewolves.
But wolfsbane I think is a major hint, you don't just add wolfsbane as an ingredient for fun.
And After Vampires Werewolves would definitely be the next easiest life state to create, even though they couldn't be more opposite from each other.
Main Reason they could easily follow the Strengths and Weaknesses system.
Just the "few" I would love in the game.Spoiler
First off Lunar Cycles Need to be patched in, either before Werewolves Game Pack, or before Seasons, Which ever comes first, and Lunar Cycles occur in all worlds. Plus Solar and Lunar Eclipses! (Please don't do that ugly Supernatural full moon lighting effect, you see how full moons are now, that how it should stay.) and it should be gradual, as the werewolf gets closer to the full moon, the sim gets more and more restless, and after the full moon is over, and it goes to the new moon, the werewolf calms down. Lunar Eclipses/Harvest Moons Werewolves are "Beyond Player's Control" any thing can happen. autominously... even if autonomy is off. Solar Eclipses Werewolves lose all powers for 7.5 hours (Sim time). for us it's only 7 1/2 minutes. which is how long it lasts in real life.
moving on I get excited when I talk about this stuff.
By Default, Werewolves have no control durning the full moon, and as it approaches.
Players should notice Turned werewolves, will have a harder time controlling, and as Born werewolves will have it easier.
Super Healing, can't become ill, and emotions can't be affected by Nectar/Juice, Their burns heal faster if they survive a fires.
Have heightened senses, especially when it comes to Hearing, Sight, Smell, and touch; this allows there werewolf to sense if their meals, have been poisoned with wolfsbane.
Loyalty, When a werewolf is at least Good Friends with someone, they tend to show more support and will back you up even if you're in the wrong. They also tend to be more open up to things like being pet, getting leg twitching belly rubs, fetching, things like that. they'll snarl/growl, at strangers respectively, (and Werewolves with Mean/hates children traits, will even growl at kids and toddlers, who dare try)
Strengths
Tier 1
Control I (1%-25%) control during the Full moon
Empathy - the power to relieve another of physical or mental pain, and extreme emotions, by just laying a hand on them.
Howl I - You call that a howl? More like a desperate cry for attention... you need more base.
Tier 2
Control II(25%-50%) control during the Full Moon
Howl II - Better, you could do better Looks like the other werewolves and Dogs of the community respect you.
Tier 3
Control III (50%- 75%) control during the Full moon
Howl III - Wonderful!
Alpha's Bite - The Power to Bite and Gift/Curse other's with Werewolf Powers; furthermore your bite and your bite alone can undo what you began.
Tier 4
Control IV (75%-100%) Control during the full moon
Wolf Form - Transform into a legitimate wolf
Tier 5
Ultimate Control V (110%) Full Control during Lunar Eclipses, and retain your power during a Solar Eclipse, and you'll find your roar/how is powerful enough to turn, even other werewolves with Control IV, and anytime other than a full moon, at your command.
Shadow Wolf - Immerse yourself in darkness and Stalk the shadows. they won't see you coming
Immunity - Silver and Wolfsbane have no effect on you.
Weaknesses
Senseless - Lowers the Werewolfs super senses, so they can't detect things like wolfsbane in their meals.
ICD (Impulsive Canine Disorder) - at will, the werewolf can no longer fight the urge to "Sniff Inappropriately," roll around in the trash, Dig random holes, Ravage Gardens, mark territory (this is for the players who Love seeing their werewolves act more like a dog.)
