I, builder of castles, inaugurator of High Kings and Queens, prefers the rare 60x60 lot!
I need space for staff, horses, dogs, wolves, kitchen gardens, livestock, magical tree groves, ponds, cemeteries and most importantly, dungeons. Large, creepy underground maze dungeons. Now all I need is more monsters for my dungeons!👿
To be fair, I love building on any sized lots, but the largest lots are the closest to a “Neighborhood Editing Tool”. I just want more space to build and live on is all.
It’s a testament to your prowess as a builder that you can create a lot befitting your kingly status on a mere 60x60.
We dare not ask for knowledge of your arcane techniques for we are not worthy…
Unless of course you think we are, then we’re all ears.😁

Since I only play one family and usually have several generations living together I prefer the larger lots. My current homestead is in Chestnut Ridge. It's a 64 x64 ranch and I love it. Plenty of room for gardening, a pool, play area for the grandkids, stables and training area, and space for my farm animals.

For me , I do not know what to put in big lots, cannot fill them 🙂- simgirl10102 years agoHero
Actually this is the first time I've played on a lot this large. I usually go with the 40x30 or 50x50.

Your homestead ranch is very lovely! @simgirl1010 🙂 Very great design and layout! The animal sheds and chicken coop area is very nice and great horse training and stable area. Very nice kids play area and the pool, hot tub and outdoors dining patio is lovely. The gardening area is great!

Start with 20*15 or 20*20 then when they outgrow that lot move to the next size or two sizes depending on the size of the family/ household
