What am I doing wrong?? Washing machine!

I am having the same issue, no matter where I put the washer and dryer. I have no mods/cc.

Try repairing the game and see if that helps

I Had the same issue i had shelves above my washer i think you cant have things above it. if u have anything up there move it. i was allowed to put a picture up there but if i put any type of shelf it wouldnt work even if there were no objects in the way of the shelf itself the washer still wouldnt work.

Same here. I had the shelves(with the iron on it) above the washing machine and moved it away and it worked after that.

Same exact issue I had. Hopefully they fix this because that shelf looked perfect about my washer and dryer. Usually people have shelves above their washer in dryer in real life so surely this can't be intentional.

That is strange because in SimGuru Graham's live stream there are plenty of shelves above the washer.

Don't worry everyone, I know there will be many upset people with this pack and its bugs, but I'm sure they'll patch it next month. I don't think an emergency patch will happen though, but bless them if they do.

The styled room in the gallery appears to have shelves above the Washing Machine so they should run. It must be a bug and not intentional.

Hi, is this a glitch or have I done it wrong?
I put the clothes in the washer and it was still dirty :/ so i wash it again.. ok fine this time.
Time for the dryer.. I had to put in twice as it was still wet

Is it working as it should? do I really have to turn on the machine with the same load a few times to get it clean/dry

If my washer done that in rl I'd toss it in the garden lol
