No one seems to post about feeling guilty about playing the same save too much
But there is nothing wrong with either style :) have fun doing what you enjoy!
(When I'm not playing TS4 I often play Civilization VI, and I restart constantly in that game because the later stages of that game are more like a career than a game, so I have more fun restarting)
I personally don't feel bad or guilty about restarting, it's a game. It's really not that deep but I do wonder sometimes why I bother even playing when I just keep restarting.
