Absolutely @MikeAM91, his creation was something that changed the world on a scale few people ever will and was given due credit.
I guess the point i was poorly trying to make is how absolutely irrelevant someone copying and taking credit for sims which i don't feel i own in a pragmatic sense seems to me, personally, compared to say... how Edison took credit for some of Tesla's inventions and theories, which are things that are and will keep affecting how humanity shapes as a whole; that said i completely understand if someone else feels copying sims and lots is a problem and i wish you all the best with your crusade against sim-piracy!!
Again, they were just my thoughts in response to the OP and nothing else =)
