What are peoples thoughts on "stealing" In the gallery?

Question...sorry if this was mentioned but I don't want to read 5 pages...if I download a lot from the Gallery, make changes for me so the house will work for my family, then save it to My Library does this upload back to the Gallery? If so I never meant for that to happen!! I thought I was only saving it for me??
