What are peoples thoughts on "stealing" In the gallery?

The trouble is, when we are building on a bulldozed lot, it doesn't tell us the "invisible" house, that you cafefully demolished, belongs to "Jane Doe". But once it's uploaded, bang, there is "Jane Doe's" name.
That is a problem Maxis should fix, as we shouldn't have to give credit to a non-existent house.
