What are peoples thoughts on "stealing" In the gallery?

Ita under open source in my opinion, meaning that anyone can change it and can upload it again with changes or no changes, there's no copyright so there's no punishment and rlly, it should be thought of as a compliment coz if its that good that people r reuploading it, u have done a god job. When u upload to community gallery, u agree to let people use it
