I would never upload another person's creation and claim it as my own. That's dishonest, in my opinion. I would be annoyed if somebody did to to me. I enjoy making sims, but haven't shared many. I put them up for friends who might like to add them to their game, but I'm not sure who's downloaded them. It could be anybody, and I hope that if they share them they don't say it is theirs because the ones I've put up are ones that I've played in other Sims series, they are my "regulars" so they are personal for me. My self-sim is there too, but I will probably remove her. I do trust my friends not to take credit, but when they're in the gallery there is no control over who has access to them.
