You don't own the game in any way and its EA's game we just pay them to use it and play. So yes if you create stuff and add it to the gallery it no longer belongs to you so its not stealing. I am not going to feel guilty if someone doesn't get credited it I redo the house and reupload it. Or if I pick sims from the gallery use them in my families and the person doesn't get credited for making it I personally don't look who made the thing. I play for fun and if I want to redo a house someone made and reupload it that is my right. None of us own what we create after you share it on the gallery its EA's property not ours.
