What are some must have location / business lot ideas?

I have cafes, a cinema, a tatto parlour (that of course doesn't work but it's for storytelling purposes), a bowling place that it's also a bar, an art gallery where one of my sims sells her art, a restaurant that only serves breakfast food and I'm planing to build an hotel now!
