What are some overlooked things that can make a lot list as modded?

I've been through it twice and I can't find anything. Every item I click on has a pack icon or no icon at all, no wrench icons. I've used MOO and resize on this lot but I've done that on other lots th...

You have any hiders in game? like situational outfit hider? those mods do give that custom wrench icon if uploading. (not sure was it for sims only, not for lots) .

Sometimes crafted items do it too. or paintings made with easel.

My museum lot did the same, it was one of career rewards.
