What are some overlooked things that can make a lot list as modded?

I never thought about that. I have TwistedMexi’s Better Build/Buy mod installed and I think I checked the box to activate the ignore gameplay unlocks entitlement cheat. I’m almost positive I checked that box. I knew I was overlooking something obvious. I put that mod back in recently and when it’s installed it’s kind of set it and forget about it until I uninstall.
