What are some overlooked things that can make a lot list as modded?

I've been through it twice and I can't find anything. Every item I click on has a pack icon or no icon at all, no wrench icons. I've used MOO and resize on this lot but I've done that on other lots th...

@SelinaKyles @Atreya33 @SweetieWright_84 Thanks for sharing this thing about pictures. I haven’t used any photos my sims have taken so this all new to me. One of my sims has taken up photography as a hobby so I will be sure not to include any of her photos in builds I intend to share.?
