What are some overlooked things that can make a lot list as modded?

I've been through it twice and I can't find anything. Every item I click on has a pack icon or no icon at all, no wrench icons. I've used MOO and resize on this lot but I've done that on other lots th...

Photos my sims have taken have always seemed to work. I'm talking about the custom paintings people share on the Gallery. Those always flag as CC for me, which is a shame because there are some really nice paintings.
