What are some overlooked things that can make a lot list as modded?

I've been through it twice and I can't find anything. Every item I click on has a pack icon or no icon at all, no wrench icons. I've used MOO and resize on this lot but I've done that on other lots th...

If I have mods on in my save, the entire save, then anything I build there will come up as modded, even though there is no custom content in it. To fix this, I save the build to my library, disable mods/cc in the game, then place the build in a fresh save. I can upload to the gallery from there, and it shows up correctly.
