If it is possible to build a High School on any lot, e.g is it a lot trait or is it a locked lot only available in Copperdale?

How to travel to the pier in a convenient way

How shaving works - is it just the face or other parts? Will hair grow autonomously so you have to shave, or is it just a flavor action that doesn't really affect anything?
