  • Off the grid living and new crafting options.

My spellcasters will be getting new hidden-in-the-woods off grid witches huts. And my self-sufficient sims can make their income by way of crafting and selling their handmade wares. I'm also looking forward to the addition of "Plopsy" with the upcoming Nifty Knitting pack which will give us an additional feature to how we sell our handmade wares too.

I think it is nice that the candles melt, there are more than one type, they create moods, and that the sims team rehauled all existing candles. Mood candles could come in very handy. Plopsy could provide those candles without making them.

I liked some of the other answers as well. I liked a few of the CAS clothes and several of the female hairstyles. I am very crazy about the vertical plants and the candle shelves. <3 I also think the gas fireplace is a nice addition. I'm not into windows except a few nice ones, but I really like several of these new windows. The extra large and the extra tall windows are so neat and I can imagine builders will really use them. The triangle window was really nice. The window door are so cool. <3 The large shade things were nice too.

Wish it had hads: more made toys for the kids.

And absolutely the new apartment lots.

Almost forgot this. I would like to know if we can own them/run them. Not sure if they said.

I’m also very excited about the CAS content but not the clothes so much! Although, having said that, I have seen some nice outfits like the playsuit/romper thing and those dungaree/overall bottoms with the top half folded down! Love them so much!!

That's me. Not liking the shirt pulled up on one side and some of the others. I do like the skirt jeans and the jumpsuit, because I cans see using them all the time.

    None of the above ?
I am most excited about playing a sim who has 0 money and just uses dumpster furniture and maybe make a living out of trash on his off the grid lot

I kind of played that way to some degree in Sims3 and loved doing World Adventures, collecting, and farming to make a living with painting sometimes involved. I will try this. It would be neat. Maybe, I will FINALLY try to do a no cheat generation family and keep it going. I did that the first time I played Sims3 and they had like 5 or so kids and then I went on to other families and didn't keep going. Starting out a zero and having to really work at it might make me try harder.

No they’re the same apartments from CL just minus the noisy neighbors and landlord.
  • I always need more and new deaths! ;)

I'm really excited about the candle making and the drink fizzing also. My sims need more hobbies so these things are a very close second for me.
  • All of the above! But I will say I am most excited about the new apartments.
  • I'm excited about all the new craft stuff - I love hobbies so much! Weirdly, I'm also very excited about the new lot trait that means you have to keep on top of your recycling because the trash gets too full - its actually probably the thing I'm most looking forward to - I think that makes me a bit weird :D It's just that extra bit of realism of living in a normal household that appeals, a bit like the laundry day stuff.
But I do love the idea of a fizz maker! I miss the hobbies from other versions of the sims like canning and being able to spread the jam on toast, nectar making etc, so I think this pack is a step in the right direction. I also kinda love that it seems like a mish mash of all sorts of stuff, so there's a little bit of something for everyone. I REALLY hope it's a good one, I've felt so let down by the last few packs and have learnt to expect the worse, but this one does feel like it has a lot of promise....I really, really hope so!

If you've got Strangerville, you could try making juice with Bizarre Fruit. It's easy - just switch to Maximum Weirdness and reap the pods all over town. You can get about 40 in a quick sweep.
