I can definitely say that noticeable changes are starting to decline sharply, but there definitely subtle development.
Update for 05/02:
I've started doing more with the walls. I've gone through a lot of the items and have finally made it to the coral I can place on walls. Most of the grottos started getting that added in.
The Dining Grotto
The Dining Grotto is pretty much complete. I will likely adjust some things here and there, but I don't see much changing moving forward. I did want to share the bottles. These bottles are used by Bartenders when they perform bar tricks and they can be found in the debug part of the catalog.
Alex's Grotto
Another grotto that is pretty much done. There isn't a lot to add anymore. So, the grotto is just being adjusted a bit now.
Arihi's Grotto

The Lounge Grottos
These are the grottos that have the most potential for development and will be getting the most attention moving forward.
I need to do more with the Twins' Grotto, but there isn't a lot more to do. I imagine that by the time I finish sorting through the room I saved for Underwater Objects, the Zalrian Grotto will be finished.
The development of the Zalrian Grotto has reached the point where not everything in the Underwater Objects room can fit in the grotto. I've started adding things to the tunnels that connect the different merfolk Grottos.

Because the decor in the build doesn't make the most noticeable changes it might be easier to gauge progress from how far I've gotten going through the Underwater Objects Room.

The objects in this room can get very small so while it might not look like a lot has changed. I did get through a LOT of the smaller bits, or clutter items.
