@XxAirixX The most basic toilet has been shown to work with the pack (for whatever reason), and in the volcanic neighbourhood at least, there is also a public toilet near the shipwreck. Growing your own gardens takes time, but you can always harvest wild plants or go fishing for food if you don't want to buy anything at the stalls. There should also be a few things you can grill without requiring a fridge.
