What are your plans for the Businesses and Hobbies EP?

I'm probably going to do my take on the Building Newcrest challenge (Rags to Newcrest) but with several of the community lots being Small Businesses first before being sold off and rebuilt as normal community lots.  And some may stay as small businesses.
