I'm going to do:

Henford on Bagely Grocery shop (I might do this with B&H or the normal retail system from GTW when i get it)
Windenberg Family Ran Café
San Sequoia Cafe/Florist/Library (if we cam make multi lot types)

I've got more ideas but it will take forever just to type them on here
