The lots and the businesses sound like a lot of fun with many possibilities. It all depends on how how buggy this part might be, let's hope the devs learned from for rent. The pottery looks great, I like that we can make functional objects.
Tattoos are not my thing. The new possibilities look great but I will try it only once.
The world , build buy and cash look OK. But we already got so much in the game at this point that I have no need for more of those, even if they look nice.
The gameplay trailer might mix this list up, it is not final.
