I find it a bit difficult to rank a pack I don't own/haven't played yet, but these are the things I'm most interested in (no particular order):

  1. New lot type
  2. Teaching existing skills and turning them into a business. I already have a few ideas on how to work that into my existing save without messing up my Sims' personalities and stories. 
  3. New skills. It's about time we get to make some candy and tattoo our fellow Sims 😁
  4. New world
  5. New aspirations and personality traits
  6. CAS and Build/buy. The items I saw so far looked really nice.
