what are your rankings on each EP and in each versions?

Now that I've ranked all the packs three ways, I'm gonna show the final results of every placing counted together: CAS+BB+gameplay. Like I first said, I mainly appreciate gameplay, so this isn't how I would normally rank the packs. If scores are tied, higher gameplay wins even in this ranking.
