Ranked by my gameplay style, for owned packs (not just EPs since I only have 10 EPs atm).

1. Realm of Magic - only because I have to have my Practical Spellcaster above all else, Realm of Magic world (just wish it wasn't a secret one), and CAS/Build/Buy.
2. Enchanted by Nature - for Apothecary, Naturopath, Natural Living Skill and world.
3. Life & Death - for Macabre, Tarot, world and CAS/Build/Buy.
4. Crystal Creations - Gemology, custom jewelry, Crystal Trees, and CAS/Build/Buy.
5. Cottage Living - Simple Living challenge, great world and Build/Buy.
6. Paranormal - Haunted House, Medium skill and Build/Buy.
7. Vampires - For Vampires and CAS/Build/Buy.
8. Lovestruck - Relationship complexity added.
9. Snowy Escape - Lifestyles and CAS/Build/Buy.
10. Seasons - for weather, more Plants and Bees added.
11. Home Chef Hustle - I love using with CoL for adding extra steps t cooking for reduced speed, plus with the Simply Living Challenge.
12. Jungle Adventure - Archeology.
13. Horse Ranch - Small Animals and Ranch Hands.
14. Outdoor Retreat - Herbalism and Insects.
15. Island Living - World and Shell Collecting.
16. Get to Together - The world and Clubs.
17. Get to Work - Heard there as lots of bugs, so waiting on this to be fixed. But with EbN I have been going to Sixam often.
18. Werewolves - Really haven't had a chance to play as I don't like the were-dog-form, but love occults.
19. Vintage Glamour - I like some of the Art Decor, and clutter items.
20. Romantic Garden - Haven't had much of a chance to use yet meant to compliment EbN.
21. Cool Kitchen - Disappointed but still love the selection and addons, I just wish the display was better, like for commercial use in a freezer display case.
22.  Dine Out - Was going to use with Get to Work, but I heard there was bad bugs, so I am sitting on this.

What I look for a pack check list:

• Do they add crystals (for Crystal Creations full use)
• Do they add new plants
• Do they add new recipes
• Do they add new fish
• Do the collection item look fun to collect
• What traits do they add
• What skills do they add
• Do I like/love the CAS/Build/Buy
• Do I like/love the world
• Would I get use out of the unique items/activities (as I am very particular)

So many EPs! I am going to be a daredevil and include the upcoming pack, based on my pre-release feelings haha. If it ends up being a flop I would have to come back and adjust its position 😉

For me the top pack is Realm of Magic because I like the theme. If I could only get one DLC this would be it. And some other game packs like Spa day, Jungle adventure and werewolves would also be ranked somewhere between the must have category. Being an EP doesn't make a DLC better than the smaller ones!

I rank EP's by groups. The individual order within a group can vary, depending on my mood and current story. Gameplay is the main reason for my ranking, followed by the world. CAS and build/buy can have some influence but not much.

Must haves

• 1. Get together: the world and club system are great and feel like they belong to base game
• 2. Cottage Living: I love the simple living lot trait, the farm animals and the world
• 3. Get to work: I couldn't play without retail system and aliens
• 4. Seasons: overal making the game feels more alive with weather and a sense of time with holidays
• 5. Growing together: lots of little features that add to the overal game like milestones, better infants, ...

Great packs

• 6. snowy escape: I like walking in nature and mountain excursions
• 7. Island living: the world and general vibe of a tropic environment and mermaids
• 8. Discover university: from time to time it's fun to play students, 3 new jobs and robotics
• 9. Horse Ranch: horses are fun to focus on from time to time. The small animals, wine making and world are great too.
• 10. City living: the only real city environment and the best festivals so far

OK packs

• 11. Enchanted by Nature: I loved the idea of fairies but this pack adds much other things I don't need (ailments, apothecary, more gnomes). If spellcasters could walk around the new world without being confronted with fairy discrimination and prejudice, this would be one category up
• 12. Life and Death: not totally my vibe but it is a well rounded pack that does it's theme very well
• 13. Eco lifestyle: recycling can be interesting. Great build buy elements and a world that can be run down are it's strong points. NAP's are turned off permanently as well as eco footprint are turned of by default  
• 14. bussinesses and hobbies: businesses are well made but I miss the option to set up one without an owner. The title with hobbies in plural is misleading
• 15. Cats and dogs: great pack but just not my thing. The world is pretty

Could do without

• 16. Get famous: great pack just not my thing. I do like the costumes and appreciate the option to turn off fame
• 17. Lovestruck: not my cup of tea.
• 18 For rent: I don't touch the main feature because I don't want to break my game and there is hardly anything outside of the main feature
• 19. high school years: this will forever be the pack that intentionally tried to end excitement for werewolves, the pack with the forced update, the pack with the sneaky and unmentioned change to days in each lifestyle and the pack that introduced the phone obsession that makes my game unplayable without mods. If it wasn't for these issues, it would still be a theme I don't care about

With two trailers Adventure Awaits sounds promissing. I expect it to be somewhere in the upper half of my list but wait until it is actually released before I add it to my list.

There's nothing wrong with ranking the worlds of course but some worlds match my style more than others😅😅

I like almost each of the worlds in the Expansion Packs (except Evergreen Harbor and Magnolia Promenade) so it was hard to rank them

Based on what seen so far, AA will compete with Horse Ranch and Cottage Living. 

1-7 are must haves, 8-10 round out my Sims, 11-15- are nice, 16-would be way higher if it wasn’t a buggy mess. Currently only use hopscotch from this pack. 17- actually a good pack. I just never play with fame and when I use mods, try to keep celebrities out of community lots.

A user on the old forums (I don't remember who) had a ranking system which was based on a ranking from 1-10 for World, Gameplay, CAS, and Build/Buy. I updated my old one and this is what I ended up with. I'm basing the scores a lot of what I am able to do with the pack when it comes to these categories.

Seasons gets a high score in World because it changes all worlds. Cats&Dogs gets a high score in CAS because it offers so much customization for pets. I don't own Horse Ranch, Life&Death and Enchanted by Nature.

Awesome chart! You're able to see everything at a glance and a score as opposed to a long list of EPs, CAS, and B/B.
