Which is completely reasonable. Sims 3 packs were a mess.
None of the Supernatural occults were intresting to play. Shouldn't have crammed them all in one Expansion.

And Get to Work open careers are so much better than the Ambitions ones. + GtW introduced busyness which none of Sims 3 expansion did.

Would have to disagree. TS2 OFB was -- and still remains-- LIGHTYEARS ahead of anything TS4 has produced by means of a business expansion pack to date. Especially when you combine TS2 OFB and Apartments EPs. It made living and working at home sims a relatively seamless experience.

What's even more worse, is the fact EA keeps unabashedly regurgitating and recycling TS3 content. Recyling existing TS3 meshes for released TS3 content. Sometimes with negligible modification to existing TS3 functionality. The rock climbing wall in the TS4 Fitness Stuff Pack is a perfect example.

Basically, the quantity and quality of fresh, new and innovative DLC content in TS4 is pretty negligible. It's all variations of the same TS3 themed game play objects. The Batuu GP was a truly exotic exception to this traditional money gouging scheme. Exceptionally obnoxious GP since it was one of the last types of DLC the fan base voted for in earlier fan base marketing poll. This GP only became reality because it was such a blatant promotion of EA's existing billion dollar Star Wars deal with Disney. All the other non Disney related content are at extremely expensive markups as illustrated again here by Steam's discount promotions for the holiday season:

IMO since TS4 release, players who swear otherwise have been either living under a rock, legally blind, naïve, or deliberately being disingenuous with themselves. Or perhaps a combination of all these....
