Wait, huh? Sims 4 isn't available on the Switch. Besides, people purchase the Switch for its Nintendo exclusives mostly rather than playing it on the go (though playing it on the go is a hassle thanks to joycon drift but that's another story).
Unless...you're talking about a different Switch? I'm confused.
Also, Sims 4 still requires you own a decent gaming rig to run it anyway.
I know it isn't. Sorry thought you were talking about Animal Crossing and the Switch. I play it on the go too. But yes I killed my joycon terraforming, but got a kit to fix it. I have the pro controller too. In general I think investing in an Animal Crossing game is still cheaper than a $780 game and counting with a $300 console with PS4 and XBox One. There are game exclusives and non-game exclusive games and region exclusive with all the consoles, but I will give you that the Switch has the most with 78 with PS4 right behind with 74.

There actually has been discussions about people wanting the Sims games on Switch too, but up to Maxis on that. Sims right now is exclusive to Origin to run which stinks. But at least people can purchase games on Steam at least again. Anyways getting a bit off-topic with you mentioning the Switch with a Sims 4 game, so not sure why you brought it up in the first place.
