What are your thoughts on the complaining?

My thought is that no matter what my thought about complaining is. If the person feels like complaining he will do it despite any ideas of mine on this topic. And I'm 100% ok with it. And then if it's constructive I'll probably join or at least pay attention, if it's something rude and irritating I'll just ignore.
I also believe that Feedback forum is the most appropriate place for such threads if you really hope to see follow up for your complain. I guess it's my former moderator experience I like things in order. Though probably @So_Money is right and doing so will just bury the topic from attention. But it'll also direct the topic in correct direction. Like you can't give feedback before you even try something (most of packs complaining happens before release) you can only voice your concerns in which case you can't treat them as adamant facts. I also secretly hope that dedicating the whole section of the forum to Feedback means they also dedicate a person to monitor it for valuable info. I'm that naive. :)
