Sims 4’s minimum specs are quite.... low. Not sure where you’ve heard you need a gaming pc, but out of all of the Sims games this one has been the easiest to run.
Switch would run Sims 4 easily. It’s not on there because EA assumed the switch would flop like the WiiU and now that it’s the second best selling console this generation they’re scrambling trying to get whatever they can on it as quickly and easily as possible.
