My top five are probably similar to others here, but I don't always use them as they're intended. My top 5 are:
Bar. I never have just a bar, though. My bars are a bowling alley, a skating rink, and an arcade. I think I actually have more, but I'm not in game now and these are all I can remember.
Lounge. But my lounge is a comedy club! There's a stage with a microphone for routines. True you have to hire the comedian, but oh well.
Karaoke bar.
Nightclub.
Restaurant. I love taking my sims out to eat.
I have a mod which removes the requirements for community lots. It's a godsend!
