For my Base Save, update all the premades with appropriate TOTOs and Romance Dynamics, according to their family bios/past selves.
For my active Random Legacy, set heir TOTOs up to find partners that have the appropriate Way of Life (skills) or Characteristics (traits/lifestyles) for the rolled career they will be in.
For general gameplay... I might set TOTOs based on Teen Crushes and add to them over time as they date (what did they like/not like about that partner).
