- ZazzyKittyn5 years agoSeasoned AceDepends on my sims if teen young adult adult or elder and have cc traits aspirations in my game besides the based for the teens and young adults it mostly knowledge creative or nature
young adults and adults the above romance and family if they are together in a romantic way and for elders it depends on their traits and what I hope for them to accomplish before they die
children like elders its based on their traits or what I hope they wish to accomplish or if doing a legacy etc challenge if allowed to choose instead of randomizing what I hope they do with their lives - sobenewbie5 years agoSeasoned AceI play a lot of "foodie" Sims for some reason.
- I usually pick knowledge for the faster learning skills trait.
- I guess it'd be the knowledge based ones cause there are many different ones, including for vampires and spellcasters...plus I have a couple of sims who did multiple knowledge aspirations.
the ones I hardly use are the wealth based ones, I think I used one once and I never completed it, also the location based aspirations, I finished the one for sulani and the strangerville one each one time and I never finished the one for the SanMyshuno. - I think mine's a toss up between family based and nature based. A lot of my Sims have gardens and seek to achieve with that but I also play a lot of families for multiple generations to complete the family achievements...
- SimAlexandria5 years agoSeasoned AceEducation and Family but Idon't really play aspirations, I usually just cheat them complete for the reward traits.
- Nindigo795 years agoSeasoned AceSince I only play premades, I go with their assigned aspirations. Usually, I don't pick secondary ones. I'd rather do other things with my Sims.
- SweetieWright_845 years agoSeasoned AceFirst and foremost, I'm a family player and my sims usually end up with an aspiration in that category at some point or another. I usually start them out with a skill/career-oriented aspiration (i.e. Painter Extraordinaire), then after they complete that one, I give them a romance or family aspiration. They usually end up with one of the family ones regardless.
- Admiral8Q5 years agoSeasoned AceHonestly, I've been switching back and forth now based on what my Sim(s) that I have actively playing are doing. If it's romance, I take one or flip back and forth with those, no t necessarily "tunnel-vision" completing them right away. If I'm having them exorcise and stuff, take a fitness one. If doing 'nerd' stuff, a tech or knowledge one, family stuff then one of the family ones, etc etc...
I'm actually getting myself into the habit now of watching that and switching back and forth to what could give more reward points at the moment.
I'm using cheats less and less now that I have a good base of households already. Going for the 'honest' challenges instead. :)
@SimAlexandria You can cheat in as much reward points as you want. You don't need to cheat finish aspirations.
This is the cheat code:Spoiler
Sims.Give_Satisfaction_Points XXXX
Where XXXX is any number you want. - PhantasmKiss5 years agoSeasoned AceI choose aspirations based on what bonus trait I want my Sims to have, then constantly switch aspirations to match whatever they're doing. I'm... an overachiever, I guess. My favorite is Friend of the World, though. I love the idea of relationships not decaying!
