What Career(s) Do You Usually Go With, and What Are the Career(s) You Stay Away From?

I couldn't see anything posted about this, so if there is a discussion I'm sorry. I usually go with Writer, Painter, or Culinary. Right now, I'm trying to use different careers because I want to...

I normally have them do the teaching, law, culinary, or freelancer careers depending on the gameplay style. I rarely do active jobs but the only one I really play is the doctor. The rest aren't my cup of tea.
