Seriously, i have googled and googled and everyone says "eat healthy food" but nobody ever ever lists what IS healthy food...

In the context of calories, Carl’s Guide has some details but I’m not sure how up-to-date it is. The game had added a bunch of foods with 0 calories so you might want to try those out first. But are we really surprised if they haven’t “fixed” that?
