Assuming we are talking about "real" food. That kind of differs for each person, based on their country and eating habits. I am vegetarian and the way I was raised is that healthy food is pretty much organic non processed natural foods. Preferably that has not had any chemical or pesticides or any tampering. My mom grows most of her own vegetables. We believe in eating very little. Less food is more kind of thing. Very simple and very natural. Like my dad for example would eat one meal a day of blended vegetables and brown rice, mixed with a natural mineral/protein powder and almond milk. That's it. Oh and his vitamins. He's ate like that his entire life and for his age he's super healthy. Not one medical problem and looks so young everyone assumes he's my brother. My mom is the same. I follow in their footsteps and I find that I am in my healthiest state when I do 24 hour fasting daily. I get so energized and everything is so much better. Then I break fast with avocados, lettus and whatever else I might decide. Then I have natural leaf tea with added spices that boost health like turmeric, (great for boosting immune system and killing germs in the body) coriander, cayenne pepper, burdock root and others.
Unlike my parents I do prepare and eat certain vegetarian meals like italian food, pizza, Mexican food, traditional South Asian etc. But that's like my occasional bonus food lol.
I also believe it is healthier to eat at home then out at restaurants or fast food. Plus you never know the spirit of the person who is preparing your food and that can be unhealthy.
If you were talking about sim food then ooops? ignore this.
