What determines if a sim will say yes to drinking from them?
I'm trying to complete Caleb's aspiration goals and one of them is to get 2 sims to agree to let drink from. I'm having a hard time, not even the sims he's friends with are saying yes!

Maybe it's my Sims being weirdos, but I usually have to build up the conversation socials and making sure the target is in a really good mood before Asking.
To me, it's similar to gradually building up to a Romance---or getting to the point of a romantic Woohoo. (Lol.) You gotta get the Sims to warm up first.
Yes, I did, every time. But then, sometimes there were so many other sims around that having a very personal conversation wasn't possible, so I'm not completely sure.
